Present Faculty Members

The prestigious department of chemistry was established in 1957 at UG level under Agra University Agra later on PG classes were started from 1960 with permission and provision to enroll 25 students and msc and specialization in organic chemistry.
The department has been marching a head to progress and academics research activities and publications in different areas viz. metal complexes, chemical kinetics medicinal Chemistry etc. the department has been sustained and kept by a long line of brilliant dedicated teachers of repute.
Teachers methods to improve students learning by E-lecture s, seminars, assignment, workshop etc department library comprises about 1500 books for MSc and resources scholars. The department is making to establish advanced research laboratories with most sophisticated analytical instrument for eg. spectrophotometer calorimeter etc.
Presently 10 members are working in the department the staff members are sincere and dedicated towards their work. The lab boys are efficient and the students are punctual sincere and obedient this result in the efficient working of the department and the students get good results. The internet facilities also available in the department which accessible to all the staff members and PG students .
The department has well equipped laboratory for PG students so that they can develop their analytical skills which may be usefull seeking employment.
